Initially, I was involved in a psychosocial project for children, where I interacted with their families and the school community. Having also published a thesis about family functioning and parenting styles.
I worked in an international addiction treatment clinic, where I conducted psychological evaluation, therapeutic individual and group interventions as well as family therapy, having large knowledge and experience of treatment procedures for addiction disorders and depression. 
Since the beginning of my professional path I had the opportunity of working with clients from several different nationalities and cultures, as such I can conduct therapeutic sessions in Portuguese and English. 
Currently, I offer online psychological services to adolescents and adults. My practice has the goal to help you achieve personal and emotional growth.
I consider myself an empathic and caring person, able to create a deep therapeutic relationship with clients. Being an active listener, I believe my practice is guided by serenity, awareness and sensibility.
